Rare Fler “Flerline” Modular Sofa Set with Original Vinyl & Cane

A rare and highly desirable Fler Flerline modular lounge set, a true Australian mid-century gem designed by Fred Lowen. This complete configuration features two matching sofa sections and the distinctive angled corner table, creating a flexible L-shaped arrangement that feels both architectural and inviting. The warm timber frames, original brown vinyl, and classic cane side panels combine to deliver that effortless 1960s elegance collectors love. We’ve never come across this configuration before and we absolutely love it! It’s so simple and elegant and would fit right at home in any home that appreciates that effortless retro design. 

The upholstery is the original caramel-brown vinyl, rich in tone with the soft, lived-in character that only decades of gentle use can create. It pairs beautifully with the golden teak-toned timber and the natural cane weave that is so on-trend right now.

Condition:
Vintage good condition with original Fler Flerline makers labels still present which is becoming increasingly rare and such an add to collectable value when it comes to these pieces. The timber frames are solid and sturdy with all joins checked. The cane is intact and presents well. The original vinyl shows expected signs of age including creasing, light surface wear, and one small tear along the back upholstery (visible in photos). The set has not been restored and retains its authentic patina and character. Ready to enjoy as-is or perfect for a future reupholstery project.
