Pre-Order & Deposit Cancellation Policy
By placing a pre-order and paying a deposit ("Deposit") for an upcoming item, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit Term
  • To secure your pre-order, you must pay the specified Deposit at checkout.
  • This Deposit is strictly non-refundable if you change your mind, choose to cancel, or fail to complete the final payment.
  • The Deposit compensates us for reserving the stock, administrative costs, and potential loss of sale to other customers.
2. Final Payment & Delivery Timeline
  • We will notify you via email when the pre-ordered item is ready to ship or release.
  • You must pay the remaining balance within 7 days of receiving our notification.
  • If you do not pay the balance within 7 days, your pre-order will be cancelled, your item will be released for sale, and your Deposit will be forfeited.
3. Delays & Supplier Changes
  • Release dates and shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only.
  • Delays or shipping carriers do not entitle you to a refund of your Deposit for change of mind.
  • If an item is permanently cancelled and we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund of your Deposit.
4. How to Cancel
  • If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Upon processing your cancellation, your order will be deleted from our system, and you forfeit the non-refundable Deposit.
5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
  • This policy complies with your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If the pre-ordered item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a full remedy (including a full refund of your Deposit).
  • The non-refundable clause applies strictly to change-of-mind cancellations.
