Returns and Exchanges

We kindly ask that you thoroughly review product descriptions and images prior to purchase, as we do not accept returns or exchanges. All notable imperfections are disclosed to the fullest extent possible. Please note that vintage items may exhibit characteristics and flaws consistent with their age and history.

Order Collection

We operate on a pickup-only appointment basis ( No Walk-ins). Due to limited storage capacity, all purchases must be collected within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

If you're interstate please reach out to our team before purchasing and we'll endeavour to put you in touch with your third parties to get a quick quote to interstate. We have reliable trucks that run up and down the East Coast as well as Tasmania & South Australia.

A storage fee will be charged for items not collected within this seven (7) day period

Please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time. Items not collected within 90 days will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion.

At MFV, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. We collect only the essential information required to fulfill our business obligations. Your contact details may be used to communicate with you regarding your order, including, but not limited to, coordinating delivery or collection, addressing incomplete order details, or informing you of stock availability. MFV does not store any payment information.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), ensuring transparency in our pricing structure.
