Fully Restored Mid-Century Parker 92 D End Dining Table - We also have Chairs Available if you're interested in a set. The price is for the table only.

Create your dream mid-century modern dining space with this stunning vintage Parker ‘D-End’ butterfly extension dining table otherwise known as the Parker number 92 💕– a rare and highly sought-after Australian classic from Parker Furniture. Crafted in the 1960s–1970s, this iconic piece embodies the golden era of Australian mid-century modernism, blending Scandinavian-inspired clean lines, elegant curved ‘D’ ends, and functional versatility with beautiful teak timber and timeless craftsmanship.

More than just a table, this is a true statement piece that combines sophisticated form, clever expandability, and enduring appeal. The teak top has been professionally refinished to highlight its rich, warm grain and natural patina, giving it a fresh modern glow while preserving authentic vintage character. The distinctive ‘D-end’ shape with rounded edges flows beautifully into tapered legs, while the integrated butterfly extension mechanism (hidden self-storing leaf that folds out from the center) allows effortless transformation from a compact Elliptical form to a generous oval for extra seating.
Key Features That Make It Shine
 • Elegant ‘D-end’ design with smooth, rounded edges and stunning teak veneer top showcasing rich natural grain.
 • Clever butterfly extension mechanism with integrated self-storing leaf for seamless expansion – no separate leaves to store.
 • Iconic tapered legs for that signature mid-century Nordic flair and stability.
 • Versatile sizing: compact for everyday use, expandable for entertaining or family gatherings.
 • Sturdy, stable construction – no wobbles, built to last with classic Parker quality.

Condition:
Top has been restored and in excellent condition – professionally refinished with a durable finish to bring out the teak’s rich warmth and grain while protecting against daily wear. Very good vintage overall with beautiful patina and character from decades of stories. Note the legs were in good condition and haven’t been touched still present beautifully with minimal wear.

Ideal for modern, retro, MCM, or eclectic spaces. As a vintage piece, it shows some expected minor signs of age (consistent with its history), but nothing detracts from its beauty – if you’re seeking brand-new perfection, this may not be the one for you. No major flaws or structural issues; ready to enjoy immediately as a standout MCM piece.
