A beautiful set of four mid-century modern Australian dining chairs by TH Brown, crafted from solid Tasmanian Blackwood with warm, rich grain and elegant sculpted frames. Upholstered in classic black vinyl with signature horizontal stitching on both seats and backs, these chairs perfectly complement the era’s clean lines and timeless sophistication.

The Blackwood frames show a lovely natural patina developed over decades, while the black vinyl retains its retro character and supple feel. These versatile chairs work beautifully with a wide range of mid-century, Scandinavian-inspired, or contemporary dining tables.

Condition:

Good original vintage condition. The solid Blackwood frames are sturdy and stable with no wobbles or structural issues. Three chairs are in excellent condition with clean vinyl. One chair has a small tear on the front edge of the seat (approx. 2–3 cm) – this is cosmetic and consistent with age. Light overall wear is present but normal for well-used vintage pieces.

These chairs showcase high-quality Australian craftsmanship with enduring appeal and require only light maintenance to keep them looking great for years to come.
